Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return or exchange.
Defective Product Refunds
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please provide a clear photo of the issue.
In some cases, we may require the item to be visually inspected at our facility before a refund is approved.

Please include your order number with all return/refund requests.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items that are approved for refunds will only be for items purchased, shipping costs are not included in refund.
Please email us for a return address and include your order number. We reserve the right to decline a return for refund, if products were worn or removed from original packaging.
